Get rid of temptations: Unless you learn to control your temptations, you won't be able to lose weight successfully. Hike up that heart rate with exercise- 30 minutes a day is sufficient, you can do this 10 minutes in the morning, 10 on your lunch break, and 10 in the evening. The kids end up looking thin, pale and have no energy at all.
